Cedric , is one of the original founders of the House and is a Deacon at Woodward Park Church of Christ. He serves as the Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the houses. Cedric is one of the original founders of the HOTR. Since the inception of the program, he has been a driving force behind the success of House on the Rock, contributing significantly to its growth and accomplishments. Bringing 25 years of lived experience, Cedric has significant value in a leadership position as he not only understands the challenges faced by the residents but also has successfully overcome similar challenges himself. This can create a sense of trust, understanding, and relatability. 

Mark , a retired law enforcement officer, this dedicated volunteer has been with the house since its inception, supporting Cedric in various capacities and contributing significantly to the program's operations. 

Joe, a minister at Woodward Park Church of Christ, has been involved with the House on the Rock since its inception. His support spans various areas, as he assists Cedric and Mark in their efforts. 

Barbara, the Secretary of Woodward Park Church of Christ, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the house's needs are met. Ron Lawley, her husband, provides assistance wherever it's required, contributing to the smooth functioning of the program. 

House Managers: Every house is assigned a house manager whose sole responsibility is to report any policy violations or potential issues. These house managers report directly to Cedric or any of the individuals mentioned earlier, maintaining a line of communication for efficient oversight and resolution. 

We acknowledge and are thankful to the numerous volunteers who dedicate their time to ensure the efficient functioning of the houses. Many repairs and maintenance tasks are handled by Woodward Park Church members, showcasing their commitment. Over the past 17 years, the absence of paid staff has been a fortunate circumstance, with church members generously donating their time or allowing their paid staff to contribute to operations. While recognizing the need for change, the plan is to gradually introduce paid employees as necessary. The church's support will continue through the loaning of paid employees until the program is financially self-sustained. The ongoing dedication of multiple volunteers will play a pivotal role in maintaining the sense of community and success that characterizes the homes.
